• How can I get technical support if I have issues with the platform?

• Can I get a free trial of the platform before subscribing?
  We offer a free plan for all new members who register on our platform, which includes all the essential features to get started. You can enjoy our services without the need for a credit card.
• How many files am I allowed to generate tags for?
  The number of photos and videos you are allowed to process depends on your plan. First, there is a limit on the number of files you are allowed to upload at one time (in a batch). Second, there is a limit on the total number of files you are allowed to process based on your plan or bundle limit. Please refer to your plan/bundle information to determine what these limits are. Also, you can view a counter showing the number of files you have remaining for the current period in the upper right-hand side of the window after logging in. Keep in mind that regenerating results for photos and videos also reduces this amount. However, manually adding tags does not reduce this amount.
• Does the platform have a limit on the size of files I can upload?
  Yes, there is a limit on the size of files that you can upload. The exact limit may vary depending on your plan or bundle. For more information on the details of each plan/bundle's limits, please visit the "Pricing" tab.
• What happens if I am not satisfied with the results of the automatic tagging?
  If you find that the automatic tagging results do not meet your expectations, we provide 2 options. First, you can click on "Generate everything again" to regenerate all fields from scratch. Second, you can edit the description to provide accurate information, delete the existing keywords, and click on "Generate more keywords".
• How long does the platform take to tag my files?
  After your files are uploaded (which may take time depending on the file sizes and your network bandwidth), the first file will be tagged within 10 to 15 seconds, and the remaining files will be processed one-by-one while you review.
