BUYER AGREEMENT

This Buyer Agreement is concluded between Royal Aliyev (the "Seller"), with the taxpayer identification number (TIN) 2007399792, who manages the website www.tagly.ai, and the buyer ("Buyer") who registers or makes a purchase on the Tagly.ai website by accepting the following terms, to regulate the terms of the Buyer's use of the Services provided by the Seller.

Key concepts used in the Agreement:

• Buyer Agreement - All the terms and conditions related to online purchases as set out below.
• Buyer - A natural or legal person who orders the goods and services listed on the website by making a payment through the technical means provided by the Seller and agrees to the terms of this Buyer Agreement.
• Seller - A legal entity or individual entrepreneur who sells their goods on the website and determines the terms of sale and delivery.
• Website - The internet page "www.tagly.ai" which is an online marketplace for buying and selling goods and services.
• Products - Goods and services listed on the Website.
• Order - The electronic submission of a completed order form to the Seller for the delivery of the selected items to the specified address.

SPECIAL TERMS:

• The subject of the Agreement is the purchase of products displayed on the website by the Buyer. These terms apply to all goods and services currently for sale on the website.
• By placing an order on the website, the Buyer declares that they fully agree to this Buyer Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Delivery Terms, and Return/Exchange Policy posted on the website.
• The products sold on the website, as well as the terms of sale, are considered a general offer.
• The Seller may change the terms of purchase without prior notice until the purchase is made.
• A purchase is considered completed when the Buyer has paid for the product in any form.
• The Seller is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of an order due to the provision of incorrect information by the Buyer.
• The Buyer must inspect the delivered product upon receipt from the courier.
• The Buyer is responsible for any damage to the product after receipt.
• The prices of the products sold on the website are displayed in Azerbaijani manats, including taxes.
• The Seller may unilaterally change the prices of their products.
• The Seller may unilaterally apply discounts to their products.
• The return of goods is regulated by the "Law on Consumer Rights Protection". If the product is returned for reasons not due to the Seller's fault, the costs associated with the return may be deducted from the Buyer.
• The Seller is not responsible for any damages to the Buyer resulting from the improper use of the product.
• The use of personal data resulting from the use of the website is regulated by the "Law on Personal Data" of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including its interpretation, performance, termination, and invalidity, shall be resolved primarily through good faith and amicable negotiations between the parties. If such a dispute is not resolved between the parties within 5 business days, it shall be resolved by the relevant courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
